Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in our online consultation services! We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while respecting both your time and ours. Please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for your consultation appointment: 1. Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled consultation time are free of charge. 2. Late Cancellation Fee: For cancellations made less than 12 hours but at least 1 hour before the consultation start time, a fee of 15% of the consultation fee will be charged. 3. Non-Cancellable Window: Cancellations made within 1 hour of the consultation start time will not be permitted, and the full consultation fee will be forfeited. 4. Free Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 1 hour before the consultation start time at no additional charge. 5. Non-Reschedulable Window: Rescheduling requests made within 1 hour of the consultation start time will not be accommodated, and the full consultation fee will be forfeited if the appointment is missed.
