Eligibility for Returns

• Decants: Due to the nature of the product, no returns shall be allowed for decants unless they arrive damaged.
• Damaged During Delivery: If your decant arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to be eligible for a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or partially used decants cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.
• Customized or personalized decant orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

 

Refund Policy

• Approved Returns: Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

 

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are not offered for decants. If you'd like to try another scent, please place a new order.

 

How to Request a Return or Refund
